"I paid extra for Express Shipping because your website advertised a 4–7 business day delivery timeframe. That was one of the main reasons I chose to order from Showpo. Instead, my order wasn’t even dispatched until several business days later, and I was then told the delay was because weekends don’t count as business days. If that’s the case, your advertised shipping expectations should make that much clearer before customers pay extra. Express shipping should mean prompt dispatch and delivery. Delaying dispatch for several business days and then relying on the “business days” explanation after the fact is misleading and defeats the purpose of paying for express. The communication throughout the process was disappointing, and the shipping times did not match the expectations set when I placed my order. I won’t be shopping with Showpo again."
